One of Bob Dylan's characteristic features is that he never plays the same song twice. At every live concert – and Bob Dylan plays many of them to this day – the singer plays different songs and always in new versions, at times wholly indecipherable. Like wise, the voice of Bob Dylan has changed considerably over the five decades of his career, seeming always to define anew not only himself but music in general.
